FIVE SYSTEM ROLES

five materials,
Together they form a complete system.

The reference proportions and dosages here are from existing albums. The actual construction still needs to check the current batch, grassroots conditions and valid technical information.

TOP PROJECT TTpro Base original product packaging
01 / BASE · Basic preparation layer

The first main material of a two-component system, responsible for establishing a continuous, stable foundation and hosting subsequent wall, floor or exterior finishing layers.

BASE / L

TTpro Base

Creates a continuous base that can also be formed into a coarser two-component finish.

For base preparation before decking, Fino or Stone, or to create a coarser grained final finish depending on the design.

Product Responsibilities
Basic preparation layer/coarse texture surface layer
Applicable to grassroots
Concrete, cement mortar, ceramic tiles, MDF, plasterboard
Album particle size
0.3 mm · L
Reference ratio
10 kg powder + 3.0 L Resin
Reference dosage
Approximately 2.0 kg/㎡ for two passes
Number of construction layers
1-2 lanes on the wall; 2 lanes on the floor with mesh cloth
System thickness
Approximately 1-3 mm recommended for complete system
construction environment
10-30℃
Construction points

Mix on low speed for at least 4 minutes until smooth and lump-free; once dry, lightly sand with 40-grit sandpaper. Allow the finish to harden for 24-48 hours and have a moisture content of less than 5% before entering the sealing and protective layer.

The current catalog ratio is 3.0 L; the old technical list in 2019 is 2.5 L and the particle size is different. It must be confirmed according to the current batch technical list before supply.
TOP PROJECT TTpro Fino original product packaging
02 / FINO · Wall cladding

Fine-grained finishes are used in vertical and non-traffic areas, highlighting a delicate touch and natural trowel texture, without assuming ground traffic duties.

WALL / S

TTpro Fino

Fine grain wall topping for vertical and non-traffic surfaces.

Creates a fine, continuous wall texture on Base preparation, suitable for non-traffic surfaces in dry or damp environments.

Product Responsibilities
Final surface layer for walls and non-traffic areas
Grassroots requirements
Base is finished; the surface is smooth, clean, oil-free and reinforced
Album particle size
0.125 mm · S
Reference ratio
10 kg powder + 4.5 L Resin
Reference dosage
Approximately 0.5 kg/㎡ for two passes
Number of construction layers
Use a tempered batch knife to construct two layers of surface
Sanding suggestions
After completely dry, use 220 mesh to lightly grind
Sealing conditions
Harden for 24-48 hours, moisture content is less than 5%
Construction points

Mix the resin and color paste evenly first, then slowly add the powder and mix at low speed for at least 4 minutes. During wet paving construction, you can continue with the next step if the first step does not stick to your hands; if it is completely dry, lightly grind to remove burrs.

The current catalog particle size is 0.125 mm; the maximum aggregate size in the 2019 old technical list is 0.135 mm. The current batch data shall prevail before supply.
TOP PROJECT TTpro Deck original product packaging
03 / DECK · Indoor ground surface

Medium-grain standard surfaces face interior floors, stairs and shower trays, balancing the visual continuity with the needs of daily circulation.

FLOOR / M

TTpro Deck

It is mainly used for indoor floors, stairs and shower trays. It can also be used on walls, sinks and kitchen countertops according to the system's judgment.

Product Responsibilities
Standard final surface layer for interior floors
Applicable location
Floors, stairs, shower trays, walls and countertops
Album particle size
0.18 mm · M
Reference ratio
10 kg powder + 3.0-3.5 L Resin
Reference dosage
Approximately 1.0 kg/㎡ for two passes
Preparation
First complete the Base preparation layer and necessary mesh reinforcement
Number of construction layers
Standard system construction of two deck surfaces
ultimate protection
Sealing agent and cover protection system cannot be omitted
Select tips

Priority is given to decks where they need to withstand daily traffic; shower trays, stairs and countertops should also be evaluated in conjunction with base stability, anti-slip requirements, risk of water accumulation and final protective layer.

What is currently found is the current album product data, and the independent current technical sheet corresponding to the packaging has not yet been found; the batch information needs to be reviewed before official supply.
TOP PROJECT TTpro Stone original product packaging
04 / STONE · Outdoor finishes

The more obvious grain and stone feel is suitable for terraces, porches and exterior walls; actual application must also judge the base layer, drainage and climate conditions.

EXTERIOR / L

TTpro Stone

Exterior decorative surfacing facing patios, porches and exterior walls.

Shaping outdoor continuous surfaces through a more pronounced grain and natural stone feel, the substrate, drainage and local climate must all be assessed before use.

Product Responsibilities
Two-component final decorative surface for exteriors
Applicable location
Terraces, porches, facades and other outdoor surfaces
Album particle size
0.2 mm · L
Reference ratio
10 kg powder + 2.8-3.0 L Resin
Reference dosage
Approximately 2.0 kg/㎡ for two passes
Preparation
First use Base to establish a flat, clean and stable base layer
Number of construction layers
Apply two coats of stone using a steel batch knife
System judgment
Simultaneously check drainage, climate, anti-skid and protection requirements
Construction points

Mix at low speed for at least 4 minutes; the surface layer can be applied wet or completely dried. The dry layer should be lightly ground with 40 mesh according to the old technical table. Allow to harden for 24-48 hours and with moisture content below 5% before sealing.

There are differences in particle size and resin dosage between the current catalog and the old 2019 technical table; properties such as anti-skid levels in the old table should not be directly used as commitments for the current batch.
